PORTFOLIO: Commercials
Success Story #1: Alivelook.com: Demo of Services, Summer 2008
How do you help promote a new event streaming video company? Craft a hot, hip demo that explains and demonstrates their services. Digital Bard used existing company graphics along with carefully selected stock footage and photos to project the excitement and energy of the streaming video service.
The result: "I want to start off by saying WOW WOW WOW... I really love the look and feel you created with the demo. I was totally blown away when I got it... you exceeded the expectation. I think you did a phenomenal job of blending our media writers depiction of the company's services with the visuals.... you and your staff have been nothing but professional." - Duane Davis, CEO Click to view
Success Story #2: Frederick Memorial Hospital: "Tricia's Promise," The Birth Place Campaign, Fall 2005
Working in conjunction with Watson Creative, DBV traveled to the young star's nursery to videotape this spot. Tricia, our real mom, is not an actress. We needed her to feel comfortable in order to get the testimonial that would become the TV ad. Since our portable digital equipment is smaller than most studio cameras, we caused minimal disruption in the baby's nursery. DBV even sent an all female crew, so Tricia was as relaxed as possible.
The result: "I can't say Thank you enough. I'm glad this was a smooth and successful process. There are definitely going to be more to come." - Marcia Watson, Consultant, Watson Creative

Success Story #3: Digital Age Solution: "Losing It," Campaign for Cable and Frederick Keys Baseball Stadium Sponsorship, Spring 2006
Michael Kuster, owner and manager, wrote the basic script for his new television commercial. He hired DBV to bring it to life. Shooting in his computer store, we couldn't waste time or get in the way of his normal business routine.
The result : "Thanks so much for coming out and shooting this commercial! You two were great and made it very easy. It looks great!" - Michael Kuster, owner, Digital Age Solution
Update: Digital Age Solution moved to a new location in the winter of 2006, requiring revisions on the commercial. Since all of the footage and post-production graphics were digitally archived, it was a snap to rework them. We recorded a new voice over, modified the text and had a revised commercial ready for him quickly and at minimum cost. Click to view.
